The DEC faction, which became a powerful military in its prime, has very informal and humble origins. Its ancestor and founder was PDP-1-tan, a member of the MIT Society and one of Whirlwind's daughters; she founded her own group in the early 1960's when her first descendants, PDP-4, and PDP-6 were born, and they made their headquarters in an old wood mill building, referencing DEC's original headquarters. | |||
