I moved templates in progress to my sandbox:

- Continue porting Annex bios to this page from the original thread.
- Add new bios here.
- create infoboxes for the factions (completed)
- create some template boxes
- Expand on articles in-progress
- Articles that need cleanup
- Create new articles
- Look for gaps to fill in
- Any others?
