Design
Oichi-san has short brown hair with pink flowers decorating each side of her headdress. Like 95-tan she is depicted in traditional Japanese clothing, this is likely for the same reason as well as it gives a sense that they are older fashion than more modern systems. She is about the same height as Windows 3.1.
Her design shares many design similarities with modern Kokeshi dolls.
Name
The "ichi" in name likely refers to her representing Windows 1.0.
Personality
She often depicted as being reserved, modest and soft-spoken; giving her big sister energy even compared to Oobaba-sama. She is also shown to prefer using older technologies, such as a Famicom rather than something newer.
Relationships
She is said to be the head of the Windows Family, and Oobaba-sama's older sister. Much of her art depicts her spending time with Oobaba-sama, in role of big sister tolerating a younger sibling.
95-tan is also frequently depicted with her, likely due to them both having designs based around wearing traditional Japanese clothing.
