Character Details
Komepo is an OS-tan who is the American version of Windows XP. She is mainly used in contrast XP-tan to show differences in personifying the same OS from different regions.
She has a penchant for rice in contrast to XP’s for beef.
Design
Her design mostly boils down to a blonde version of XP-tan, but with a few other minor differences.
Her hairclip is compromised of an "X" and a "P" layed over eachother, giving the look of a "+" over an "X" with a circle in one corner.
In addition an XP-tan inspired outfit, Komepo is more frequently depicted in casual wear such as a tank top and daisy duke shorts. This is likely due to views on the ways American's dress.

Other American XPs
The other version of an American XP-tan is for Troubled Windows USA, she's a large muscular woman, with an outfit similar to XP-tan's, but topless and wearing yellow star pasties over her nipples.
