My most exciting college experiences involve nearly breaking tiny arrogant hipster-men in half when they start talking shit 'bout technological things they know nothing about... I also had to resist the urge to throw hardboiled eggs at the catkin in the school lounge when they started talking about their feline instincts to kill birds.

also, dude, college parties, why. fucking why. i will transcribe the entire time magazine article on college rape if i have to.

my craziest college stories involve being left at the bus station, going in on a day off to work on clay stuff and taking the 11pm bus back (last one of the night), and talking smack to bitchy freshmen.


yesterday was a great day. took a bath, played bully till 5pm, D&D till 11:30, found out my in-game boyfriend ISN'T dead (and proved himself to be a complete and total badass, saving the day for us as well as saving our bard), rounded out the night by doodling a sweet little picture of the ending (Allen manages to haul his injured ass into bed beside my injured ass, leaving the two of us to cuddle for the next few days cause we just can't be bothered to get out of bed), and left off by finding out that Steve's not afraid of me anymore. ^^

Yesterday was ok for the most part, but after lunch it was hell. I was in a frantic rush to get all the new merch out, or at the very least, the TVs, so the nightshift guy won't scream at me like he did last week...and as soon as I bring a cart of stuff out, I get swamped with having to activate 3 phones, and 2 of which were taking forever...and there was someone wanting a 4th who took an attitude with me about how she's been waiting there and I should have told her sooner that I couldn't do it because my systems lock me out at 8PM (Actually a lie, but the sign next to me said "Closes at 8PM Sunday", and I had shit to do on top of 2 phones taking forever to activate).

So, with that out of the way, my coworker and I began to put stuff out, and thankfully, the nightshift guy was in a good mood...although, with this guy, it's sort of "pick your poison"; if he's in a bad mood, he screams at you and tells you to go home, while if he's in a good mood, he'll keep you at least an hour past when you're supposed to get off to help out. By the end of the night, I felt like I was about to collapse because of how much I was doing on top of how hot it is in my department, when we were finally given the ok to go home. Thus, I dropped by Walgreen's on my way and picked up a slushie, since I wanted some sort of drink to help me cool down, and then I went to bed after I finished it; as everybody I tried to message was asleep.

Now...my plans for today are thrown off; both parents are off work and hogging the TV, so I can't watch Doctor Who >_>;

gl man, and make sure to take detailed notes. i did, and i typically aced exams (if not the classes, but that's for a different reason >>; ).

was applying to Joann's fabrics, but i can't finish since i need to call and ask when the library anime clubs are going on, but can't since it's labour day. >>;

I just came back from a picnic at Livermore Falls and there were people jumping off the sides of the ravine into the river. Some were swinging from a rope attached to the old bridge. (Refer to this picture — look very closely at the middle and you can see a person hanging from a rope on the bridge.) THOSE FUCKERS ARE CRAY-CRAY.

Also I found this old letter from my mom to my dad when they first started dating, apparently older-teenage mom and older-teenage me were the same person, personality-wise. :O
