Any other way to send images aside from URLs?

You can attach images to the post, then a little up arrow should appear that lets you put the image into the post.

Project Plus! is an OS-tan project to have Trouble Windows Plus! web anime (or fanime if you call so), which surrounds not the OS-tans, but other Nijiura characters and Console-tans too! The project's still under development and Im looking for some ppl who might help me with it so I may open a survey for any scriptors and also auditions for the characters sometime ^^
