Flash-tan is the personification of the Macromedia Flash program. (You can tell it's not Adobe Flash because of the round Fs, Adobe Flash has Square Fs) Macromedia flash is a program to make Animations, Games, apps, and even cookies for use on the internet. This program kick-started the use of the above in web pages, and caused great concern for those who advocate an open-stranded internet. She is drawn with wings that are not attached to her body, and a red dress, with a hat with another F on it.
