Festering Hate-tan is a zombie, skater and evil overlord and is extremely bitter, destructive and hateful. She hates the happy-go-lucky type and also hates the romantic virus-tans (except for ILOVEYOU-tan because she is so destructive) because she believes in spreading hatred. However she does have a good sense of humor and even gets along with Plan 9-tan (who greatly admires zombies).
She is dressed in a casual (although tattered) outfit with a T-shirt, jeans, sneakers and baseball cap but also wears a high-collared black coat with shoulder spikes- her 'evil overlord' attire.
