Chi(chi)vistan
This page is for two different character designs that often have elements swapped between them.
Chichivistan and Chibivistan are both +Nijiura+ OS-tans meant to represent Windows Vista. They are one of the most popular depictions of Vista outside of Vistake.

General Details
Both of these Vista-tans appear to share the same unknown creator, however it is not known if they are supposed to be sibling or different versions of the same character. In terms of apparent age; one is is that of a young girl in a slightly more conservative outfit, while the other is a more matured girl bearing physical maturity comparable to XP-tan.
Both designs are sometimes refereed to as "Chiivistan" this may be the result of a Japanese to English translation error of their actual name, but it is hard to know for sure.
Design
Both designs are depicted as a magical girl-type character in a dress-suit combo. They are fair skinned with green colored hair, said to be representing of the OS’ login screen and default background.
Her hair is very long, usually reaching down to the lower portion of the their legs; a small portion of it is usually kept in a pair of pigtails while the rest sits there on the middle. The hair ties for these pigtails have a white to aqua gradient that stick out to the side and back.
A collar of eccentric appearance floats or hangs around their neck; it has the Windows “shield” logo that is used to set apart all security features that the operating system has; underneath the shield logo the word “Vista” is written in green.
They wear a sort of black sleeveless penguin coat/vest that appears to be the only thing covering their chests. It can be noted that the lower portions of the coat is partially transparent, this reflecting on the Aero transparency features that the OS has. This coat also matches short, puffy detached sleeves on their upper arms with a similar transparent effect.
Black stockings cover most of their legs, up to the thighs.
White high collared wrist cuffs and heeled shoes both with red trims are a distinct part of their looks, each having a white circlet containing the Windows Vista logo in glass ball. Interestingly however, Chichivistan's shoes are black instead of white.
Weapon
According to Chichivistan's reference image, they have a golden ring, with a blue gem in it, on their left hand's ring finger. This ring is capable of transforming into the the magical wand shown in "Chibi Vista's" reference image. The ring is called "Toshiito's Engagement Ring" and has "Toshiaki" engraved on the inside.
Chichivistan
Naming
The "chichi" part of her name is likely a reference to the Japanese term 乳(chichi). Meaning milk or breasts, this is further supported by her large breasts that are absent in Chibistan.
Design
Chichivistan has large breasts that are shown off via her coat, as it is quite the revealing piece, letting view of the whole center portion of her body, or at least that’s how it is being portrayed (it does seem to have a zipper, or something that would merge that area together).
Nothing more than pair of black bikini-cut panties covers the lower portion of her body; however, it is to note that these are a matching part of the outfit.
All around she has a far more adult look to her than her smaller counterpart.
Chibistan
Naming
Her name and size seem to be a pun on the term "vista" itself. Japanese as a language often uses "B" sounds to represent "V" in English words. This means "Vista" is spelled the same as "Bista" in Japanese. Combining this with "Chi", we get "Chibi", a Japanese term used for short people or children. This pairs well with Chibistan being short and more child-like.
Design
As her name implies she is very chibi, being of shorter child-like stature. Her neck piece is much looser and larger on her than her larger counterpart.
Her outfit is far more conservative, her coat is closed in the front and it reveals nothing. Instead of a bikini-cut her panties are extremely high-waisted stopping at her chest. On each side just below the armpit there is a window, barely visible due to her coat's transparency effects.
