Macintosh System 6 introduced a few new features, including the predecessors to the Application Menu, and Applescript. The original System 6.0 was unstable and buggy (moreso than the notorious Macintosh System 3.1) with compatibility problems. Subsequent releases fixed these problems and made System 6 highly stable. | |||

System 6-tan is represented as being the tallest of the Mac-tans, she has medium-length grey-blue hair with long bangs. She is part cyborg and has super strength, representing the leap in stability from 6.0.1 to 6.0.2 onwards, as well as being a reference to System 6.0.8's codename of "Terminator". Her right eye is silver and her left eye is red; both of her eyes used to be silver, but one was replaced with cybernetics when she became part cyborg. | |||
She wears a blue minidress with a rainbow Apple brooch, long black boots, biker jacket and cyberpunk accessories. Her outfits and accessories have polka-dot trim on them since System 6 was the last Mac OS to have extensive use of polka dots in its GUI. She is very strong, fast, and stable, but scatterbrained and not very good at multitasking; she never overcame her limitations with memory management and multitasking, but takes pride in the improvements she was able to make for herself. | |||
Bold and boisterous with a strong sense of duty, she often uses her strength to fight against malware-tans, which she has since early 1989, when her arch-nemesis ANTI-tan first challenged her. From these fights, she has at least one scar at any given time, but she isn't bothered by them. | |||
