But remember..... GNU/Linux did not originate in Finland. Linux-the-kernel did, but GNU - the actual operating system/upper-end portion of it - was out of Cambridge, Mass.

So yes, Linux is Finnish, but GNU/Linux is at least half-American... however you'd explain that in OS-tan terms.

God damnit, I forgot OpenVME!

B-b-but what part of America is she from?

Considering that it used parts from all over, I don't know if she can even be assigned a regionality....

Aurora Borealis

I see you made some edits in the wiki today! Excellent! :)

I need to get back to editing too.

That's why I said she was American; she's a military brat, without really a single home.  I'd say she probably considers DC just as much a home as anywhere else.

Updates: (See Recent Changes)

-Expanded on Amiga's, Slackware's and EvilEntity's articles.
-Created stub articles for MilaX (Damn Small Solaris) and Amstrad CPC.
-Added more details to the OS-tan setting article.

For the OS-tan Setting article, can anyone give me some more examples?

Can I use examples from various works of OS-tan literature? For instance, the settings purposed in Ruka's story, the SAGE saga.... and the collective OS-tan works that I've written?

Aurora Borealis

Sure! :D

When possible, I'd also like for there to be articles for each story to keep track of them all, but that's more of a long-term wiki goal.
