Imma start taking driving lessons again, now that the car has been returned to street-legality. I've done neighbourhood driving and gone back and forth to our home building site, but I'm gonna tackle the Dan-el-Webster Highway next. Oh joy, 45-mile-per-hour driving and two-way traffic... ._____.;;

WOO, I SURVIVED DRIVING ON THE DAN EL-WEBSTER HIGHWAY!!!! Granted, it was only about a ten mile drive, but still, ONCOMING TRAFFIC. BIGASS TRUCKS. CRAZY WINDY HAIRPINISH TURNS AND UP-AND-DOWN-HILLINESS. Oh, and it ended in the White Mountain National Forest! >O<

Also, it wasn't just a drive for the sake of learning; we were actually on a trip to the North Country! So, I got us one third of the way there!

Sooo...
Tonight we had the big decisive clan meet about the whole "Nej&Folks2US@NewYears" thing.

Not so decisive at all, it turns out, seeing as the only thing we did was debate over things, brainstorm on other places to go, and - as the Clan always does when people get tired - screw around making more noise than a pen of baboons.
The final call was something like, "We need to do more research on things, but it's either Morocco or NYC+BOS/PHI" or whatnot.

By EEEEET I mean CTSS. Looks like sometime over the course of the summer, somebody built an (utterly incomprehensible at least to me) emulator for it. =v=

And to think, all those condescending technohipsters on Slashdot said it would never be done. (So, it was open sourced in 2004, emulated in 2010, that puts Multics on course for getting an emulator in, oh.... 2014?)

Also: MTS has its own Multicians-esque information website now. And if this screencap is any indication, EEEEEEEEEET IS ALSO ALIIIIIIVE~
