Hi everyone there! First, I'll introduce myself...
I'm panithan. I'm Thai.
I'm also obsessed in OS-tan too.

Look at the wallpaper I attached...
Anyone who ever used Windows 3.1 maybe feel it's similar.
Yes, it looks like the Windows 3.1 desktop background if you can remember.
I can't find the ORIGINAL Win 3.1 earth desktop bg, so I just take the one that looks the best, put 3.1-tan in, and decorate it.

Go into the gallery. Once there a bunch of links at the top of the gallery should appear. One is upload. Thats as simple as it gets.
