Well, when I see a foreign language I space out and skip it.... so you aren't alone.

When I see a foreign language I either read it on feeling, or translate it by software. Usually turns out pretty much equally accurate.

But yea, hello there. HaloCapella or Paru-sama here. Ever since someone posted an image of a 360-tan or some sort. I looked up to OS-tans and got interested on them. XP Afterwards, I began to draw them and start a fan-manga of it. :3 I hope you will see them. ^^;
