Whenever I'm at home and not preoccupied w/ something else.

at in the evening and in the early morning, usually...

I currently live in Okinawa, Japan, although at this very moment I am TDY to Alaska.

Generally, I'll post and log on at various random points in the year, go silent, and maybe have a burst at another random point.  Depends on how involved I get into a forum community.

Its in the state constitution; Virginia, Georgia, and Massachusetts governors are always addressed as His/her Excellency rather then His/Her Honor.

But we have had a kooky assemblage of other personalities.  Not as many as Texas of course.....
