Cirno is actually one of the more playable characters out of the new ones, among Utsuho Reiuji and the old SWR ones...

I has found a good tool.
Despite its suspicious name (and the fact that there are numerous crap-as-shit-worth similarly seeming services out there) FilesTube is an indexer that searches through blogs and other sites for rapidshare/mediafire/etc links, and indexes them. Works pretty good, especially when searching for stuff like vocaloid music, and such.
