Oh hey, I'm MagikGimp (don't ask) and my greatest fears are:
1) Drowning- I almost did in foam in a nightclub in Magaluf, Majorca.
2) Large fish, whales and sharks- Possibly associated with 1 but I've always had this thing about something large swimming underneath me; makes me shudder just to think about it. A Great White approaching fast out of the murky deep towards me also makes me wet my already sodden swimming-trunks.
3) Life and the responsibilities it brings- Yeah a little deep and it's to do with failure but why the heck do you think I'm here for??
4) Being chased- You know all the screaming kids who love it when people running after them? Well I hate that; I have nightmares about it sometimes.
5) Other nightmares which often include a strange one when I'm half asleep and then suddenly my brain will imagine something biting me for example and because I'm almost awake it feels very real. I usually can't move in these situations either, another fear.
6) Unsafe heights and rock-climbing- You can throw me out of a plane with a parachute any day and standing on the topmost floor of a glass-walled office is a cinch but remove that glass and *gibber*... And no, having a rope while climbing is not what I consider safe in indeed even remotely fun.

And finally, because this is actually quite a hard list to compile, it's not like you think about the shit that freaks you out all that much now is it:
7) OH DEAR LORD GET HER AWAY FROM ME!!
