I dont know if it's my thick fat or something, but I got a similar natural ability. Heck, I went several winters without using a jacket, as a long sleeved was enough in -20'C.

my ability is probably due to my lack of fat.  (I'm pretty skinny, despite my awful diet)
I can be caught wearing a jacket/sweater at 85+ degrees F/30+ degrees C
Admittedly it's partly due to the fact that it's not very humid out here in SoCal.  (Hence all the wildfires, too)  

OKAY, I shouldn't be online at all. *goes back to fluid dynamics HW*

Well, it's really about how well-acclimated you are.  Even when the temperature is fairly constant, many people fail to acclimate because they are so accustomed to certain "creature comforts".  Thanks to air conditioning and heaters, people have set themselves an artificial climate and negated the natural acclimation process.  I happen to live in an area where the climate is fairly often in a state of flux and acclimation isn't really possible anyway.  It's really annoying because there can sometimes be these stretches of out-of-season weather that can really fuck with you.  Normally, I prefer colder weather - I don't really like the heat all that much.

Oh, you should come to holland then... in the summer it's either cold and rainy or hot (friggin hot) and sunny... and in the winter it's just about as unstable... nevertheless, everytime my sister comes home, she complains that it's freezing inside, while i find it comfortably warm. and in the summer when everyone is whining about how hot it is, i am feeling fine... ^_^

Also... FOOD!!!
