Fanfiction.net is usually a good place to go since it has tons of categories. I think the also take original works. DeviantART also lets you put up fics too.

That's because there's not really any suitable pirate accent in Swedish. The closest we get is SkÃ¥nska, and that just sounds like someone's stuffed your throat full of potato/porridge/socks, depending on how you like your meatballs done.
