found and bought Gochujang today! the taste is......interesting. the vinegar smell is what i get first, followed by a weird sweetness (the brown sugar, which tastes....molassesy?), then, like the hiiiisssssssss-BOOM of a firecracker, the heat sneaks up and bites the tongue. it's not bad, just odd. i'm going to try to learn to like it.

Going by stories I've heard from various people over the years I feel like a lot of social workers are kind of inadvertent assholes ... >:/

I'm glad you feel you can turn to us about these things, though. I don't know if I'm the best at giving advice but i'm always willing to listen.
