so i went to Bella in Town Form today: White River Junction, VT. this is my "first" trip to Vermont (first one i'm counting, since the actual first was when i was 4 and i don't remember a second of it, and actually had to be told that it happened, and the second was us driving across the border, turning around, and driving back), and i enjoyed it very much. Vermont is very pretty and laid back but has the whole "bumfuck nowhere" and "serial killer land" vibe going for it. despite that, i liked it, and White River Junction stands as the most Hipster town i have ever fucking seen (seriously!!!). the school we were visiting there was above and beyond what i expected, and i'm thinking about post-grad and/or summer work there. :0

also, i may or may not have accidentally recruited a new OSCer in the student librarian there. :000

EDIT: Well, today is fan-fucking-tastic so far. Once I finish lunch, I was drafted into running a register up front; something I fucking hate more than you can possibly imagine. Yaaaaay; so much for enjoying my break

EDIT2: ...my coworker told me about a stupid criminal he caught while I was away. A bit let down I missed it, but hearing about the layers of stupidity made my night xD

Also I went to a thrift shop and bought a pair of boots selling for like $50 last winter at Marshal's for $3. 

Also I got about 30 Castle in the Clouds pins for $1. I only wanted one of them. But the shop owner wouldn't just let me have one. Does anyone want a Castle in the Clouds pin?

i feel like shiiiit today. had a good stress cry in the car this morning which helped a bit, but i'm super anxious and depressed again and i can't figure out the reason why. maybe it's because everyone's either getting jobs or applying for jobs or at least going back to school and i feel like a useless sack of shit again. godiwishiwasdead
