well, SVC CF DS is not a bad game... but it pales in comparisionto the NeoGeo Pocket color originals

System is so magiced out it is kinda bohring to learn it

So, I once more wake up a lot earlier than I'd like. However, I will say I'm feeling better again at least as of writing this; considering how this has been so far, I'll probably go back to "bleh" as the day goes on :\

My check is finally in the bank, at least; so I can pay car insurance later

Drove arty home early this morning on barely any gas, talked about various things and how I want to throw her a birthday party this year because she always gets depressed on her birthday. Got home and resolved not to take Katja out today because of low gas. Found out mum was awake, chatted with her for a bit. Slept, got up at 8:50, left by 10 and mum wanted me to take her car, but I refused, preferring to walk. Made the
Mistake of trying to take the shortcut, which was covered over with snow. Got halfway there and had a Life Alert moment (but without the "I can't get up" part), when mum drove up. Lucky I didn't take her car, as she had to pick up chickens from the post office. She dropped me off on the way, and here I am at my grandparents' writing this.

S'been an interesting birthday thus far.

Does anyone else have an exhibitionistic older relative with kids who enjoys talking about how sick they constantly are and then posting pictures of their nasty eye infections or skin rashes or sweaty feverish bodies and like every week and a half post things like "OMG. HUBBY AND I ARE VOMITING SO MUCH. KIDS SICK TOO. PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR QUICK RECOVERY!" because I do and let me tell you I only keep them around as material for STFUParents.com.

Also it's making me even more childfree than I was before  (if that was possible) so there are definitely upsides!
