I remember the Nostalgia Critic mentioning Cool World in his "nostalgia mindfucks" list. Always been curious about it, since it's the only other movie besides Who Framed Roger Rabbit to mix live action and cartoon together like they did.

This is fucking hilarious, really. I just added a specific adblock filter category called "Google is down, block everything" that blocks connection attempts to ALL sites containing the word "google" anywhere in the address.

And suddenly NOTHING IS SLOW ANYMORE

i think i've become jaded about winter storms. every time they build us up with so much hype, and then it turns out to be nothing. it's been snowing since before i woke up (11am), but it's all powder, so idk if it'll really do any damage. as a pre-emptive strike, though, they closed basically every school in the county and surrounding areas, as well as basically half of mass. my mum was even let out of work early. is the end of the world really upon us? :\

They're just overreacting; like when Hurricane Ike hit my hometown. We're so far inland that it was barely a severe thunderstorm by the time it got to us, but everybody was freaking out >_>;;

mmm. according to the weather reports, mum informs me, it's supposed to get heavier around 7pm. why cancel/close everything if it's not supposed to get scary-bad till then...?

right now it just looks like christmas snow or ski weather. >>;
