So, toward the end of this month, my mom's side of the family will be gathering at a resort for a week. IDK if I'll stay the entire time, as the past 2 times they tried to cram all 10+ of us into what is pretty much a tiny apartment, but I will likely visit them at least once (Since they aren't too far away)

Sounds like me with Zombie. I accidentally killed it when a glass of water spilled onto it, so I saved up my allowance to buy an NEC laptop I found on eBay that was a few years newer, to replace it as PentiumMMX's successor...and then sure enough, Zombie came back to life. It took the screen snapping off to finally kill that cheap plastic thing; as I swore to never touch an eMachines laptop ever again >_>;;
