@Cockle: Well, one of the songs I named off was actually an '80s song, but I first heard it in the '90s ^_^;;

Chocofreak13

it's kind of a grey area....technically all the songs i mentioned came out in the 90's, but i suppose if it reminds you of the 90's it counts. though the songs i mentioned evoke ACTUAL memories. as in, i can't remember how many times i heard "I'll be Missin' You" (i hung out with my cousins a lot when i was a kid and they almost exclusively listened to rap).

AND I JUST REMEMBERED ONE THAT IS EVEN MORE POWERFUL THAN THAT.

the song i probably heard the most in the 90's was "Ghetto Supastar (That Is What You Are)" by Pras feat. Ol' Dirty Bastard and Mya.

i sung the chorus to that song so many times as a kid. >w<

Hmmm... that's really a tough call.  The nineties are not a time I very often remember fondly.  In fact, the majority of the music I heard for the first half of the decade was sh*tty music from Nashville (not all country is bad, mind you, but most of the stuff from Nashville is garbage), so it's pretty difficult to pin down a song that really defined the nineties for me.  So, the best I can recall (not saying this is the best band/song or whatever, just the one that stands out) is probably Push, and Matchbox 20 were definitely THE nineties band for me in terms of airplay, though.

The Choice of a New Generation.

ooo, Matchbox 20. i listened to their stuff quite a bit back in the day (i still have some of their songs, but my mum and sister liked them, so it was spamed a bit. not that i complained, lol. xD). it says a lot that i knew the band name when i was young, considering i didn't really start paying attention to who was singing what till i got an ipod.

I just remembered another nineties group - The Offspring.

I think most people will remember
this one, but what about
this one?

I know I shouldn't, but I still really like that band.  Makes me wish I hadn't sold that copy of Splinter that I had... :/

When it comes to 90s music:

Seal - Crazy

Haddaway - What is Love?

Two of my favourite tracks from that decade. :3
Red_Machine: Flouting the Windows Lifecycle Policy since 1989!

The Offspring and Matchbox 20 are both quite nice. I've been loving MB20 for some years :D

In other news: I failed Maths. This means 3 weeks of hardcore studying :S Though, from what I"ve heard the teachers are pretty tame when it comes to oral exams, so it will hopefully be a little easier than the written one.

@Paul: Damn ;_;

Hope everything goes well

@Paul: Sorry to hear about that. Math is a cruel subject sometimes! : (

To help you feel a little better ... here's a GIF of a turtle riding a turntable:  http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s320/BellasOS-tans/qfIvj.gif

What's in your hand, back at me. I have it, it's an oyster with two figures of your favorite Touhou characters. Look again, the figures are now vials of the Hourai Elixir. Anything is possible when your waifu smells like Old World and not a man. I'm a frog.
