Ok, So at the last animethon I was voulenteering with the security and the tech team, means I was keeping the peace and fixing the DVD systems, but most of the time I was minding my Dance Dance Revolution setup.
Anyway, I had the chance to sit down for a bit and watch some of a cool anime
I just remembered it today, but I cant remember the name =>.<=
So here goes with my spotty description.
The main character visits some sort of memorial in which he meets a young girl, at this point she asks him why he killed her parents, he said it was his job.
Later on...
These soldier's in suits are training in an old wearhouse, a couple get "killed" so they have to start training again, so they do, and after that the main character goes to some other place in the run down city, and goes to the little girl's house and takes her to some sort of carnival on top of a roof (or so it seems) (this is where I left the room to go help).
Additional Info:
the soldiers said it was very hard to see out of the night vision system in their suits and often complained.
