Going to a local hotel was literally the closest I've had to a vacation within the past few years.

No, I don't really travel much. xD

Also, almost exactly ten years ago, my mom, my grandma, my two female cousins, and I went to a hotel for my mom's birthday.

Nichi

My last real vacation was when I met up with Kari and Bella back in 2012; since then, I've mostly stayed overnight in a nearby larger city -w-
(I hope to maybe move out next year sometime)

Chocofreak13

my last vacation was this past year's anime boston. ^^

so Steve did a little research and the apartment complex he used to live at is dirt-fucking-cheap, cheap enough that we could afford to move in by like, january or february. $710/mo will get you a 1 bedroom with heat, hot water, and electricity included. the only thing we'd need is internet and that can be managed if we try. however, it's a bit far from my work/the highway/everyone else, so i'm going to do some research on other places in the area, too.

My last vocation is the graduated travel of junior high school , it has been three years.Well,I have been a nerd at all :-\
I cant define that im strong life ,but my lifeblood is certainly hard.

Chocofreak13

@SK: you're younger than i thought. :0
@kodomo: i always used to either lol heartily or roll my eyes at fire drills. often times our teachers would let us know, so it was kind of exciting and hilarious. xD

blaaargh, i feel so cranky and shitty today. i want to sleep but i don't, i want to stay up but i don't, i want to sew but i don't, i want to browse internet stuff but i don't. maybe i'll just kill time with the doe network. >>;

@SKS: Interesting. I'm going to be an adult next December (as in 2015).

@Kari: I use fire drills as an excuse to use my phone, which I find awesome.

Chocofreak13

good for both of you!

@kodomo: i also used them as an excuse to see my friends in the middle of the day, lol. xD;
@SK: thanks. :0

@Duko: I once used a fire drill at the hospital as an opportunity to troll the ICU staff; whom were irritating me over how I haven't been by yet even though my main department was being hammered. My sister's father-in-law was working, so when I saw him when reporting to the fire drill, I pop off about Disco Inferno; which got him singing, which annoyed his coworkers and left me feeling satisfied -w-

@Kari: I know that feel :[
Also, nice on the sewing machine :3

I'm off work tomorrow, so I plan to take 2k to grandma's office to get stuff to patch up while I ship out Christmas gifts and pay car insurance. For now, though, some tea and Kirby 64 -w-

Chocofreak13

doo eeeet. from what i can tell we're not leaving the house, so tomorrow will be a day of messing around with sewing machine.

I just stood around in the cold waiting to go back inside during fire drills because they only happened when there were stuff to do.

About to walk out the door to the first work day this week that isn't nine or ten hours long.  That's why I haven't really been around much.

Nichi

@Stew: Good luck :3

So, apparently a new movie called Saving Christmas is so bad, it's dethroned Birdemic for the (dis)honorable position of #1 on the IMDb Bottom 100. Sadly, this sounds like the sort of movie my mom's family would adore...although its reputation has me hoping there will at least be a Rifftrax for it once it hits DVD -w-;

Bella

I want to see it, but I also don't want to risk punishment by the MPAA over pirating something so moronic...

I travelled to school every day but Tuesday this week ... it's weird seeing classmates and friends almost every day!

Nichi

@Bella: I'd say wait for it to come on TV in a couple of years :\

Dad's badgering me about coming with him to some meeting about railroad jobs tomorrow morning. I really don't want to; I already know what I want to do with my life, and even though the railroad pays well and doesn't require college, I have my sights set on medical science and don't want to settle for a different career :\
