i'm on the south border of massachusetts like 5 miles from the connecticut border. i don't think the timing will turn out right, though, my gf will be visiting during june-july that time.

Well, so much for that idea. The drive I have won't work because the power cable can't reach it, and the adapters I had to work around this issue have gone missing, leaving the only option to buy a new hard drive...and another 500GB internal desktop hard drive is $55; which I really can't afford right now >_<;;

Honestly, I'm so sick of every goddamn thing breaking one after another, draining money away from my moving fund. I know I shouldn't, but I might call into work just because I'm not in the mood right now to deal with those shitheads.

i still think duct-taping the drive within reach is a good idea, but that's neither here nor there. :\

I finally found that adapter that went missing; so I was able to revive 2k using that laptop drive I had that never fit in anything else ^^

So I'm supposed to have a program ready for 120 second graders tomorrow.  Somehow the guidance and instruction I was supposed to receive before this happened hasn't, so we'll see how much of a train wreck  this ends up being.  Usually coming up with a thirty minute program isn't difficult.  Plus it's always rough the first time you do any planned program.

So, earlier this week I found a Super NES at a nearby thrift store for $15. Unfortunately, I had already deposited my cash into my savings account, so I couldn't buy it right then. This morning, randomly I decided to head out there to see if it was still there, and to my surprise it was, so I picked it up to take to Game-X-Change. Little did I know, there was more in that bag with the system then I thought; all stuff Game-X-Change could take (4 SNES controllers, all wires needed for the system, a Game Boy link cable, a power cable for PC (First model PS3 compatible), and generic AV cables).

I kept 2 of the controllers for myself, since I wanted to have some spares, and sold the rest off; turning a nice $7 profit on it >:3
(Said money went straight into my savings account)

Also, I have 2k up at grandma's office again, since I realized I needed to redownload iTunes and LibreOffice. If Bella pops up and we don't end up doing CAH again tonight, maybe we can finally attempt more Portal co-op :3
