Huh?

stewartsage

It is poorly maintained, causing severe vibrations as you traverse the half-tarred together roadway.

Bella

Ohhhh.

That sounds nauseating. -_-;

EVERY. DAY.

Then you see the typical pothole that takes up half of a single lane on a dual carriageway corner so you have to watch out for people jumping in your lane half way to avoid it...

happy 1500th page~
(love that it opens with talk of vibrators~)

@kriz: olds are lovely machines and i was sad to learn that the company had gone under. it was the oldest surviving car company in the US and it's gone now. ;^;
@pent: oh, poor dear. ;v;
don't worry, you'll get something nice when you come here.
@stew, kraus: there are some roads around here like that, but rather than vibrations, it's violent bumps and shakes and you sort of feel like you're in nam and being shot at by RPGs.

Thankyou choco, on the advice.
Simon was here :P

@Kari: Indeed. I'll eventually have something good, for the first time since the Omni -w-

@bumpy roads: Most of the roads in residential areas are like that, to varying degrees (Closer to downtown, they're fairly well maintained, but where I'm located, they're usually really rough :\)

whoa whoa whoa whoooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa slow down son, this isn't 4chan.

In other news I've been learning some Russian along with French though I think I'm going to end up going steady with Russian, easier language for me to learn compared to French which makes my head spin.

DustiiWolf

Just made $40 updating a website :)

I charge $10/hr. but the client insisted $20/hr.

So nice! \(^_^)/
Official -tans are my bat signal.

Oh... Dear... God... That was scary!

My school went into a very long lockdown, due to the fact that 2 unknown students with backpacks went into school trough an unlocked door. The police had to search the entire building and see what was going on.

But, everyone's OK now. Including me.

And to think- this kind of s**t doesn't happen in Rhode Island!

I hope your ready!

I ordered a Neon Genesis Evangelion book online.
You guys know that manga I told you I ordered?

Well sadly, the payment didn't go through. But zero fucks be given, because I don't read manga anyway~

Nichi

@Kraus: I have some familiarity with French; as in I can find my way through some French sites and can identify some words
@Spence: Damn. Glad everyone's alright
@Dustii: Cool :3
@Leaf: Yay, I guess?

Well, it's been one hell of a day. Got off to a really nice start...then I got to Gamestop, and was given the following news:

1: My boss was fired for bullshit reasoning (Same exact things they got a former manager for several years back)
2: Everyone quit as soon as they found out; thus, the entire reason I loved this job is gone, and now I'm left wondering what to do now

The news has made its rounds around town; people flocking in to cancel all their preorders and boycott the store; taking their business to Wal-Mart for new games and Game-X-Change for everything else. I even went to Game-X-Change to see if maybe they were hiring, and might take a look on the hospital's website to see if they have any openings, although I was told by my boss at Pizza Hut that if I leave Gamestop, she'll give me more hours, which I might do.

I chose to stay for my shift and not leave then, because I didn't want to burn any bridges in case I end up in a situation where I have to work for a Gamestop up in NH, but I'm less than thrilled by the district manager making me out to be "better than the rest" by choosing to stay (As, to be honest, I'd rather him hate my very existence than have him praise me while simultaneously talking down on those I care about).

Now, I'm just wondering what to do. Kind of hungry, so I might go home soon, but I want to watch new AT4W, so I'll likely go home after that.
