While studying for the seminar with my group, I saw a guy in the cafetericum today that was a bloody precise doppelganger to David Tennant.

I freaked out hard as fuck. Like, stood there just gapestaring for 15 seconds. It was so weird.

@cockle: be glad you weren't implicated. there was a bomb scare in my freshman year of high school, submitted anonymously through the teachers' mail server. because i was "alternative" (wore tripp pants, doodled on my quizzes, etc) i was targeted by the school: i was pulled out of my 3rd block class and told i couldn't return until i got a psych evaluation. did the next day, shrink said i was fine and that my school was a joke. that friday (the day the supposed "bomb" was to go off), nothing happened and barely anyone showed up (including me; mum figured with all the shit i had been through that week i deserved a free day).

also, i'm now considering changing mine. -w-;

@Kari: Sounds like most things I've dealt with. I've always been accused of things, and people refuse to believe me when I tried to give my side of the story; as obviously I'm lying >_>;;

So, ditching that rusty piece of shit car. I'm done; it's let me down far too many times for me to continue dumping money into it, and with the transmission nonfunctional (Thanks, dad, for not rebuilding it and instead just using it as-is when it's been out in the weather unprotected for at least 5 years), I feel it's better for me to just sell it to someone who has the patience and proper skill to fix it up or part it out, and I'll go back to the Ramcharger until I can move :\

Is this about the Multics emulation effort because we're getting close to my prediction of Emulated Multics by 2014 coming true.

EEEEEEET'S ALIIIIIIVE!

By EEEEET I mean CTSS. Looks like sometime over the course of the summer, somebody built an (utterly incomprehensible at least to me) emulator for it. =v=

And to think, all those condescending technohipsters on Slashdot said it would never be done. (So, it was open sourced in 2004, emulated in 2010, that puts Multics on course for getting an emulator in, oh.... 2014?)
