Look at this guy who installed 145 different OS and OS versions on his computer!  o_o

http://www.justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=147959

The thread on the site it is old since december 2006, but take a look at [edit]...

Last edit update it is of 20th of this september 2007...

He is still editing it, adding new info and perhaps i think he is adding new OSes on his computer, as long as he adds new HardDisk space...

I barely knew of this record of 145 OSes installed on a single computer, because I have heard of it somewhere, somewhen, but yesterday on another site, a computer programming site here in myplace (Italy), a reader started a thread about this guy. So that thread recalls me immediately it all..

I knew it was old news, but I started wondering if you of OSTAN-Collections ever heard of it...

So here it is all up to your pleasure.

Enjoy these news!  ;012  ;hi

Holy Mother Luver!!  ^0^
My own record is four (if you don't count virtual OSes).  ^v^

Surprised that he has 100+ Linuces, but not many other alternative OSes.  ^.^;

Tsubashi

I think my personal record was Sixteen (Seven of which were M$ ^^'), though it was just for fun. Why anyone would want 145+ OSes is beyond me; it would take too much time to be worth it!

Just perhaps are more easy to find than other alternative OSes and match with ease the Linux boot loader.

...and take a look at the size of that guy's HDs, and so as the specs. That guy's cost of and quality of hardware materials would be even considered a PowerPC built!

145 OS! That guy even beat this guy's number. Amazing!

nicoruizmza

I think that is too much OS for 1 computer, And the guy for that i read he don't have anything more to do that install 145 os!!

Indeed 145 OS-es is too much, now 145 PC's runnin a single OS would bee kewl...
and I'd like to see what windows'll do when you have 145 partitions on your system  ;006 it'll probably show the blue-est screen ever
I dont tell you how to tell me what to do, so dont tell me how to do what you tell me to do... Bender the Great) :/
