Dat Lambda.
Only has 1 optical drive tho, the other 4 are virtual by Daemontools~ and the big drive is external.
BUT STILL. And it's originally a vista lappy, too.

2k seems to be not just the most powerful PC in my fleet, but the most powerful out of all the computers owned by my fellow OSCers. Hail to the queen!

Also, Asagi's WEI was about where Speedy is when I first got her. It's amazing what maxing out the RAM can do...

Red-Machine

You may have the fastest CPU, but my 580 kicks the ass of your 6850.

I tend to ignore graphics cards when talking about how powerful a system is. After all, the Yeti could pull off things with it's on-board Cirrus Logic video that other PCs with ATI cards from the era had issues with

512 GB SSD bros,
respect.
I also know for certain it scored a 7.9 in the 'WEI" or whatever.

Seems all of us have something to bring to the table.

Now, with our powers combined, we form Captain Plane-/shot

A 512GB SSD that scores a perfect 7.9? That must have cost an arm and a leg; the 128GB one I bought was $275 after shipping, since I managed to catch it on sale

Krizonar

it cost a little over $1,000 if I remember right.

I'm just surprised that not only does the integrated 320m score higher than the dedicated 9,600 GT, it scores quite a bit higher apparently.

Watchtower is getting outdated.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+
nVidia Geforce GTS 250 (1GB)
Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H
3 GB RAM

But the Gigaboard supports AM3, so maybe I should just buy a new processor... And moar RAM...

I added hard drives!

/dev/sda  --  500 GB WDC
/dev/sdb  --  500 GB WDC
/dev/sdc  --  1 TB WDC
/dev/sdd  --  80 GB Maxtor
/dev/sde  --  80 GB Maxtor
