of The Wallflower? or Outlaw Star?

cause if it's the former i will be both surprised and willing to buy any copies past vol. 6 off you. xDD

@pent: The Wallflower is about how 4 bishonen living in a european-style mansion are given the opportunity from their landlady to have free rent provided they can turn her niece, Sunako, into a "proper lady". Sunako once cared about her appearance and such just like everyone else, until her middle school crush told her "he didn't like ugly girls" (this was after she confessed that she liked him). she began ignoring how she looked and collecting horror items, to the point where people now call her "the creepy girl" or "the scary girl" (and this is the people that see her regularly; those who don't assume she's some sort of vengeful spirit). shennagins ensue.

i say that no one here besides me would like it because it is made up of elements that no one but me has shown an interest in; a harem of bishonen, heavy goth/horror elements, excessive comedy (in weird ways), etc etc. :\

also, bought the vol. 1 DVD of Kodocha yesterday. it was 99 cents. xD

The Wallflower.

Bells and I'll actually be at the shop I bought what I have on Monday.  I can't remember how many volumes they have, but I think they have at least through 7/8.

Nichi

@Kari: Interesting. I might give it a try later on; I mean, I did enjoy Fruits Basket, and that focused on a girl with a harem of bishonen >w>
I hated the ending to the anime series for that; they didn't even resolve the love triangle or anything ;_;
The manga had the best ending IMO

@stew: *0*
oh man, if i had cash i'd wire it to you. ;^;
also, i'm surprised you like it. and here i was thinking i was the only one on site (besides cockle on occasion) who enjoyed bishonen in any form. ^^

@pent: you might like it in that case, but the plot is less connected than in FB. more about the comedy, too.

Bells is probably going to go into a Hipster swoon or something when I say this, but I don't really do manga/anime genres very much.  I just read what I want.  (if they still have the later volumes, I'll grab them for you and have Bells bring them home with your Rarity blindbag)

Yay, we're gonna visit a store that has manga! Also I don't know if I'll be able to carry much with me, my bag is pretty much full. :[ If I find any books or w/e (which i probably will), I'm gonna have to ship them up. >>;;

@stew: *POWERHUGS* THANKYOOOOOOOOOOOU

also, i seem to be the same way, in that i don't cling to specific generes (though i'm a yaoi/yuri fan). if something is interesting, it's interesting, regardless of whether it's shonen/shojo/seinen/josei/hentai/yaoi/yuri/kids'/manhua. :\

@bella: you don't have a place to buy manga? poor thing. :[

watched Shin Chan ep. 3 today. why the hell am i watching this.

Sword Art Online has already started? I'll have to find a torrent now...

Nichi

Me too. The longest part is waiting on the torrents to finish >_<;

Chocofreak13

that's not really much of a problem for me. on my end, it's mainly about finding subbers for each specific series, then getting the torrents for the episodes. sadly the current trend is to release the episodes as they come on japanese TV, meaning that there's a new episode each week. as nice as this sounds, it also means that there's going to be 10-15 torrents per series (depending on the length of the season), and since i have about 20 series i'm interested in...... >>;;

on a more positive note, i finished The Wallflower today, and found out at episode 22 that there's an english track, lol. xD i plan on rewatching the series in english (out of curiosity), but not right now. right now, i've started a new series,

Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-Chan!!. i'm over halfway into the series (not counting bonus episodes), and so far i can say that it is an adorable yet extremely ecchi series. it's borderline porn at some points, but the story and characters are very fulfilling. when plug sacrificed herself for that kid in episode 6, it was so touching. ;v;
i'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the series tomorrow or wednesday. :0

Since I didn't mention this here before, Stew and I watched the first two episodes of Steins;Gate when I visited. I've been meaning to continue with that.

Today I watched Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works 'cause it was playing on demand.

Nichi

Nej will approve of you watching Steins;Gate when he returns -w-

As for me, I need to get back to Bebop and Digimon; all I've watched lately is Casshern Sins, as I was trying to catch up ^_^;
