Looks like they're suffering from the dreaded Yaoi Hands Syndrome, symptoms of which include massive, claw-like hands, teeny heads, noodly, tentacle-like extremities and disproportionate anatomy in general. While first observed in Boys' Love characters, Yaoi Hands Syndrome has spread to a number of anime and manga characters. Truly, nobody is safe.
