Windows 97-tan is represented as a little girl with brown hair put in buns on each side with braided pigtails in front, her bun covers decorated by tassels in the colors of the Windows logo, her shirt is a red+white traditional Chinese-style shirt over a navy blue swimsuit and adorned with a Windows logo brooch on the collar.
