Description
Windows 3.2-tan (3.2たん) is one of the least common Windows personifications. She personifies Windows 3.2, which was a Simplified Chinese version of Windows 3.1 for the Chinese market. The OS itself is identical to Windows 3.1 in every way, except for the issues related to the complex writing system of the Chinese language. Her design is derived from Windows 3.1-tan, and is thus personified as a frail grey-haired young woman in traditional Chinese clothes, with a 3.2 brooch on her collar. Like 3.1-tan, she also has an animal companion that represents DOS but 3.2-tan has a pet rabbit and also has a more extroverted personality.

She is Windows 3.1-tan's (non-canon) twin sister but they were separated right away, with 3.2-tan being sent off to compete in the Chinese computer market. Because of her distant upbringing and her life as a wanderer, a lot of the 'Windows-tans' she meets are malicious bootleg-tans (which she had to fight against) and she is unaware that over half of her real sisters/step-sisters exist at all. Likewise, most of the (real) Windows-tans are unaware of her existence.
Despite her dainty appearance and cheerful demeanor, she is a tough and skilled survivalist who takes a lot of pride in her skills. She is well-acquainted with 95 OSR 2.1-tan, 95 OSR 2.5-tan and Windows 97-tan. But other than them; she is reluctant to meet the other Windows-tans, thinking that they may be malicious bootlegs and afraid that any sort of family reunion would be very awkward.
She has however met Windows 1.0-tan and 2.0-tan and although she thinks they are bootlegs since she never learned of their existence, but doesn't mind them at all because they are not malicious in the least bit and has befriended them.
