According to [[User:Aurora Borealis|Aurora Borealis]], an incomplete OS-tan articles is one which (especially for more-developed characters) is missing at least one section (Character details, backstory, etc.), or has a significant amount of details left out. (ie. a quick draft article).
What I consider incomplete for OS-tan articles is that for more-developed characters, they're missing at least one section (Character details, backstory, etc.), or there are a significant amount of details left out as a quick draft.

Usage

For articles in progress that are incomplete, but are more than a stub. According to Aurora Borealis, an incomplete OS-tan articles is one which (especially for more-developed characters) is missing at least one section (Character details, backstory, etc.), or has a significant amount of details left out. (ie. a quick draft article).
