Darwin OS-tan is represented as a small, hyper monkeygirl with green eyes, short wavy blonde pigtails, dons a white minidress with black shoes + armbands and a black + gold Darwin OS collar. She likes biology, playing with her pet horned platypus and bug collecting as well as eating bugs, especially chocolate-covered cockroaches.
Her resemblance to NeXTSTEP-tan and Mac-tan/Mac OSX-tan is because she is the 'missing link' between the two OSes. She is OSX Server-tan's first daughter, is the older sister of the OSX-tans and is NeXTSTEP-tan's cousin once-removed. Darwin OS-tan is almost always seen with playing with or working with one of the Mac OSX-tans but she can also function on her own as well.
