.Hack//G.U.

So last year and the year before, I was watching the most recent .hack anime, .hack//roots, and I happened to find trailers on the G.U. game. Now, I have vol 1 and have beaten it about 3 times, and still I'm waiting for vol 2 to come out. I heard it was to be released in summer, but then I heard on the site it would be released in the U.S. qtr 3 2007 (which is fall right?). Im curious to know if there is anyone here who owns the japanese version and if they could tell me if the second game was actually longer than the first one. Because it seems like  they are taking longer on the second game than the first...
