hello newbie, go introduce yourself over in Member Introduction Thread.

Cortana isn't a Windows 10 thing---she was introduced much earlier as windows' answer to Siri. she's a phone assistant--nothing more, nothing less.

Cortana started in Windows Phone 8 but is now moving over to Windows 10, she does most of the things you would expect a phone assistant to do except on the desktop. It would be interesting if they somehow tied in the new Madobe with Cortana, like we see with Siri and iPhone-tans, but I feel as though you could just us the Halo character instead of making an actual -tan.

Since they said it's Windows 10 DSP (DSP版Windows 10)
Even Madobe Official mascots are all Windows DSP Edition iso.

Microsoft's mascot is a cute 17-year old anime girl who comes from 100 years in the future, works part-time in the gadget-heavy city in Akihabara and, of course, she loves to play online games. Her voice will be handled by anime voice-over actress Ai Nonaka.
