The only actual giant OS-tans I know of are some of the mainframe-tans...but they have yet to be drawn for the most part. As Kami-Tux pointed out, there are plenty of OS-tans that are relatively huge compared to much smaller counterparts. In the interests of shameless self promotion, I offer you Solaris-tan and Damn Small Solaris-tan:

There was another thread about Giantess OS-tans on here recently.
Though I think the only time you would get a Giantess OS-tan is on a server or mainframe type setup, or when drawing the different OS-tans scaled relative to the computing power they required (in which case Vis-tan would be huge while DOS-tan would be like flea-sized)
