Title: 2 monitors + TV?

I need some help, as I never attempted this in a while.

I have a VGA port, with a Sony Trinitron Multiscan 200SX on it, an S-Video with a Sony Trinitron 26' TV on it, and an empty DVI-I plug, What kind of adaptor do I need to buy to get an Identical 200SX running on the DVI-I style plug?

Even though Im pretty savvy with computers, Im kinda rusty when It comes to DVI.
