Anyone know what programs I should use to open these kinds of files?

I think 'MediaMonkey' can read them.
and Daemon Tool can also read .CUE

.TTA is a True Audio file, so You'll need a codec (http://www.true-audio.com/Free_Downloads)

.CUE files are used for denoting CD tracks, and are usually just ASCII text. Depends on what your trying to do with it, I guess ^^'

Well, currently downloading a music compilation, which comes with both the TTA and CUE files, and I want to be able to extract the individual songs from the TTA file. Any tips on how to do this?

Well, I don't usually work with TTA files, but I know "Riverpast Audio Cleaner" (or something like that) will do it.
