I see a lot of improvement between the sketch and the color version, though I'm not familiar with that character. What series is she from?

Tria is a goddess mentioned by the Tri-Emblem as the creator of everything. She never actually appears, and she wore the Tri-Emblem herself.
You could say she's a -tan, but yet, she's not. She only is mentioned in Tri-Ace games that are co-developed by Enix. (Valkyrie Profile, Star Ocean and Radiata Stories.) Eternal Sonata is developed by the musical wing of Tri-Ace (Tri-cresendo) and Bamco.
