Bill Gates is a pretty clever fellow, really. Too bad for M$ he didn't get to stay in charge.

Ah, more antitrust suits.  How wonderful.

To date I believe these major companies have violated antitrust laws:

Microsoft - big one
Intel - for their domination of the CPU and chipset market
nVIDIA - debatable, but they pushed several major companies from the market in the late 90s
Dell - recently have SEVERELY limited the customisation options of their systems, to the point where on some machines you have the choice of only one processor, one graphics card (almost always Intel GMA) and one operating system.
