Paint.NET-tan (PDN-tan) is an amateur artist (referring to the program is rather easy to use and isn't normally used professionally).
Her signature item is a big paintbrush. Sort of like Photoshop-tan has a giant pen and Irfanview has an X-acto knife, so her item is a big (not giant) paintbrush.
Yeah this was colored in the actual Paint.NET.

very nice! ^^ i've never heard of this program so it's always exciting to have new things come in. i like the way her outfit is coloured, it looks semi-professional, good job. i also like the way you drew her braid (most of mine come out nice but rather lazy ^^; ), great detail.
