Well, since the buildbot is broken at the moment, does it matter? You won't get any of the functionality listed in this thread if you go with the 0.3.11 version (you'll also probably get tons of issues that have probably been fixed in trunk.)

Also, ACPI support was reverted several revs back if I recall, as it was severely incomplete, etc.
