Oh yeah, that was the XP-tan video so many folks were losing their shit over.  If you dig through the OS-tan talk section, you should still be able to find tons of posts from folks wondering how they could get that on their computer. xD  Now that I think about it, that's really what got AnimeTheme doing his stuff here...

Anyway, you're going to have to find someplace that is already hosting the clip, or someplace that will allow you to upload.  Does dagobah.biz allow for user uploads?

odin yggdrasil posted one that she (?) was hosting on a site, and that one was practacally 3d, with changing pictures as you watched it again and again. i really liked that one, but then odin went poof, and soon after, the .swf did too. :[

btw, can anyone get to this one? i can't :\
