 I do seem to recall seeing pictures of a 95-kun out there, though.  He had one of those flag-thingies on his back with the Microsoft logo on it, as I recall.  Hmm...*goes digging*

It's talking about 3.1. The quiz has nothing to do with OS-Tans; it was made in 2003, before they got popular.

 I think I actually remember OS/2 Warp.  Memory tells me that it was one of the competitors back in the early days of Windows (3.1 and earlier) that ended up unable to compete.

anyhow, I feel these tests are a little flaw, i have only once or twice heard someone say "hey thats meeee!"

mostly the questions are obvious and people just pick the awnsers they think are going to direct them to their favorite OS

That is true in a sense, but isn't that the case with most quiz's? Everyone wants to be what they want to be.

might as well just say "hey, I wanna be 95" then.   I remember when these kinds of tests were first coming out, and they would do things like, are you a guy or a girl, and by your honest awnsers they would figure out which most of the time, and they wernt obvios questions like "do you have a penis?"  but things like "would you rather go to a bar or a club" and they used statistics for things like that

It's in it's alpha stage right now.
Not bad from what I've seen, but it certainly isn't ready to be released. The loading overhead is quite large, and it has some problems resizing or displaying animations.
Of course, that's just on my computer ^^'

I have discovered something very interesting that might be useful to the people here...

NT5 is Windows 2000
NT5.1 is Windows XP

According to some documents I found on microsoft, windows XP is a security/core upgrade to W2K.

So essentially, XP is Windows 2000 SE...

so xp-tan and 2000-tan are twins somehow...

It seems that 95-tan ought to be very popular. Funny thing is I never really did much with 95, I went from the Age of Dos directly to 98SE-tan and up. Though I must admit Vis-tan so far hints nothing like my most recent experience with Vista...

I ended up Windows 95 as well. Guess that's what happens when half the questions really didn't apply anyway.
