Thanks. Thats a lot more in-depth than I was expecting!

Quote from: CaptBrenden on Yesterday at 02:36:43 PMI honestly didn't think the forum would still be going after.. nearly 20 years??
Quote from: Bella on Yesterday at 03:26:21 PMIt's crazy to think that someplace I've been on since I was 15 is still going, 18 years later.

Right? I'm so glad that it is, though. It is incredible how much has changed and how much has stayed the same. I remember trying to make animated site banners and having to keep it under 100kb. It is fun to see them all still there (minus the flash-based ones).

That sounds magnificent, especially the heated garage. I've got my workshop out in my garage and it would be nice not to have to bundle up in order to go work on a project during winter! I'd love to see any pictures you feel comfortable sharing.

I'm glad things are going well. It sounds like you had to work for it, but now you get to enjoy the fruits of that labor. Here's to hoping that such chill continues!

Some things don't seem to change. 14 years later, and still drawing bunnygirls.

I'm glad to hear that you're doing better, and that life's going well for you & your wife!

Wandered away for awhile myself (~6 years, though I was much less active since 2014 maybe), glad to see OSC still going because of the tireless efforts of Goujer. It's crazy to think that someplace I've been on since I was 15 is still going, 18 years later. Been trying to breathe a bit more life into it because I've had renewed interest in OS-tans and because this forum is such a unique slice of old internet that I'd like to keep alive.

Incidentally, I didn't see the video recommendation like others, but Von seeing it and mentioning it is why I peeked in.  I honestly didn't think the forum would still be going after.. nearly 20 years??

I bought my place 3 years ago now. My mother in law helped me get it using some VA bennies. Its a nice 5 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2 heated extended garage with half an acre of land. Its very pretty, i might share some non doxing pictures if interested.

In general I'm doing well now. Had some rough years. Turns out I had pretty bad PTSD. Been in therapy for about a decade, got a disability rating with the VA,  I'm much more chill an stable now. Just livin my life in a little town with lots of pets and my wife.

Forum Games and Role-Playing / Re: Forum Games: Break a Wish
Last post by Bella - Yesterday at 02:25:52 PM
Granted, but your wish is understood in a way that is ruthlessly exacting, with no room for anything else outside your wish. (Example: if you wish for a new car ALL you will have is a new car. The rest of your possessions will poof away.) You can craft a wish that allows you what you want, without losing anything you want to keep, but it will take painstaking precision to do so.

I wish my home would be organized. u_u

"Granted!" the Twisted Genie® Single Use Mobile Wish Fulfillment Requisition Receiver™ says in a tinny voice from some concealed speaker you hadn't noticed. You startle as a much louder sound bursts behind you like the popping of the cork from a bottle of champagne. You can't find anything that could have made the noise when you look around, but the movement leaves you feeling a little queasy. There is a quiet hissing now, like the slow leak of air from a carefully punctured balloon. Your proprioceptive sense is thrown into chaos as your waistline begins to disappear. It's working! You rejoice as you stand and walk to a mirror. You watch as your figure shrinks approaching an average frame, and then a slimmer, sexier one. It doesn't stop, though. You watch in horror as your figure turns gaunt, malnourished, and then wraithlike. You try to scream but there is so little air in your lungs that you hardly make a noise. You panic, reaching for the reciever, for you phone, for anything but it doesn't matter. The shrinking continues unabated until it has consumed you. You are no longer fat because you no longer are anything.

I wish I knew how to make an incorruptible wish.

Quote from: VonDaab on Yesterday at 07:56:49 AMI don't know if folk here noticed some YT video discussing Me-tan and OS-tans in general. Noticed it the other day and that reminded me of this place.

That came up in my recommendations the other day! I haven't watched it yet but I felt like YouTube must be stalking my internet history.
