It mostly looks like this, only without the question mark above her head, and logos on the bottom left corner.

Using this image I was able to dig around, I can confirm it existed on wallpaperswa, but archive.org did not save the image.
I was able to find a smaller resolution version though. I have uploaded both versions to the gallery.

Echelon is an old Mozilla Firefox theme for Mozilla Firefox 115ESR.

Echelon is a complete and feature-packed theme for Firefox 115ESR that brings back the UI and functionality from Strata & Australis. Yo all!!!

Does Anyone have a backup of the OS-tan wallpapers off of the old famous wallpaper site wallpaperswa.com, particularly of Windows ME Tan (with the simple blue background, 1920x1200) Can't find any alternatives elsewhere for this one only! Any links/uploads/sharing of this would be appreciated.

Archive.org might have is buried somewhere.
As for on here I would direct you to look at the galleries, the v1 gallery might have what you're looking for.

Made a 11-tan design recently, I just arrived here but might as well share her here, hope you guys will like it

I saw it on the Pixiv https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/120277210 good job, also because of Bots you have to make atleast 10 Post blame the Bots they ruin it for everyone.
